Each year the Department of Communities supports community groups and organisations across Queensland to celebrate Disability Action Week by staging their own events.The Department of Communities has again provided a grant to the Mackay Whitsunday and Isaac Regional Disability Action Week Committee to coordinate and promote a local approach for which we are very appreciative.
